Code of ethics

At Vinavil, we are convinced that profit must go hand in hand with ethics, respect for people and the creation of value for the local community. Our Code of Ethics defines the values and responsibilities of each in order to continue along the path of responsible growth.

Transparency, integrity and loyalty are the values set in the Code of Ethics that guide Vinavil in the management of daily business relations and operations everywhere and in all circumstances.

The Code of Ethics also confirms Vinavil's determination to guarantee respect for human rights, working conditions and the principles of equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion in every realm of business.

Awareness of these values and respect for the rules of conduct set down in the document must be shared by all the employees so that Vinavil can be a truly reliable partner for all Stakeholders.

Model 231

Vinavil has adopted an Organisational, Management and Control Model ("Model 231") in accordance with Legislative Decree 231 from 2001 and appointed a Supervisory Body to ensure it is duly enforced, complied with and opportunely updated.

Model 231 is aimed at promoting and reinforcing a corporate culture based on ethical values, fairness and transparency in business and corporate operations, thereby preventing any risk of potential unlawful conduct in relation to the Decree.

It consists of a set of rules, principles and procedures for all Vinavil people and business partners, which govern the Company’s operating and management and the ways in which it interacts with the outside world, in order to prevent the committing or attempted committing of offences referred to the Decree for which the Company may be liable.

Anti-Corruption

Vinavil is part of a multinational group based on the principles of transparency, integrity and fairness, which is why we have globally adopted and promoted an Anti-Corruption Policy to set the standards for conducting our business operations.

Responsible conduct based on honesty, fairness and transparency at all times is one of the key components of Vinavil's sustainable success.

As an organisation focused on exporting our values and promoting a culture of compliance, we promote ethical and responsible corporate behaviour, operating in compliance with the regulations, laws, standards and guidelines in force in the various scenarios in which we operate.

Whistleblowing

Vinavil has adopted a whistleblowing system to allow whistleblowers to safely and confidentially report any unlawful conduct encountered during their business activities, as stipulated in the legislation governing these matters (Legislative Decree 24/2023)

A whistleblowing reporting channel may be used to report, in good faith and in a detailed manner, any violations or illegal conduct, guaranteeing the utmost confidentiality and safeguarding against any form of retaliation.
