The first part of the selection process is an attitudinal-motivational interview with a representative of the HR Department, followed by a technical-professional interview with a manager from the relative department of interest. Individual interviews are held when we are looking for skilled personnel, while for junior positions we prefer carrying out group tests in our Assessment Centre, as well as an English language test.
