VINAVIL 1411 NF is an anionic aqueous dispersion base on vinyl acrylic copolymer, without external plasticizers and ethoxilated nonylphenol surfactants (APEO free). The product is characterized by soft hand and good crosslinkability features, used as a binder for screen printing, nonwovens and waddings.
Since its self-crosslinking feature, it is suitable where dry/wet abrasion resistance is needed. Furthermore, the product shows a good mechanical stability with 20 ppm of coagulum after a stress of 7000 rpm for 30 minutes on Silverson mixing system.
VINAVIL 1411 NF could fit for different application systems such as spreading, spraying, impregnating, and foaming. The foam can be increased by adding foaming agents and/or foam stabilizers.
