SAFE START

The first year of SafeStart project has recently concluded in Vinavil.

SafeStart is the project on the Culture of Safety based on the Human Factor.

Project numbers:

• 100% realization of planned activities;
• 3 SafeStart Workshops;
• 3 Steering Committees appointed and active;
• 12 internal Supertrainers coached;
• 100% staff involved;
• 2 training days organized;
• About 4500h of training delivered in a year.

A great challenge for the entire organization, which responded with great commitment and participation in the project.

This first year has been crucial in gaining awareness of good habits to prevent injuries and accidents, not only at work but also while driving and at home.

The project will continue for the year 2024 by making the techniques learned an integral part of the daily routine.
